Hjelpe is a digital service developed from Oslo Red Cross's initiative to create a unified digital overview of humanitarian services offered by various organizations. These services encompass a broad spectrum of support for individuals facing different forms of distress or hardship, ranging from medical assistance to language sessions. However, despite their importance, information about these services is often fragmented across different channels, making it challenging to access.
Recognizing this issue, we designed Hjelpe primarily as a tool for professional and semi-professional helpers, with the aim of broader usage. Our concept consolidates all humanitarian offerings in Oslo into one platform. Hjelpe provides an overview of services, supports helpers, and ensures reliable information access.
